Furniture and Accessories
Clarify materials, dimensions, assembly method and accessory sets to prepare for delivery and goods verification.
Details
- Distinguish finished goods from knock-down goods; provide the main material, surface finish and intended use. Product sets should include a detailed list for verification.
- Packed dimensions differ from in-use dimensions. Measure the packaging, base or protective frame as well to discuss volume and loading/unloading conditions.
- Corners, glass surfaces, painted finishes and scratch-prone details require suitable protection. Recording photos before packing helps verify the condition upon handover.
- Assembly accessories should be coded by set and attached to the main package. The delivery point should specify vehicle access, lifting requirements and the scope of indoor delivery.
Preparation
- Distinguish finished goods from knock-down goods; prepare a detailed list by set.
