Reading Content and Searching
Service introduction pages can be read without registering an account. The website does not have phone number request forms or newsletter subscription forms on these marketing pages.
Search keywords and topic selections appear in the knowledge page URL and may be stored in browser history and infrastructure access logs. Do not enter private information or shipment data into the search box.
When You Proactively Contact Us
Phone, email, and Zalo links open the corresponding application or service. The information you send through those channels is voluntarily chosen by you; each platform has its own data processing mechanisms.
Product, delivery, and contact information is used to discuss requirements and coordinate requested work. Share only necessary data; records containing another party's data should have their sharing authorization checked before being sent.
Copied Content and Technical Data
The copy button only writes prepared text templates to the clipboard after user action. This function does not read existing clipboard content and does not send edited templates to TBS.
Accessing the website may generate technical data in the browser and page-serving infrastructure, such as network address, time, requested pages, and error information. This data differs from information you voluntarily send through contact channels.
Scope of Sharing When Providing Services
When an option requires coordination among multiple parties, the scope of information transferred to suppliers or implementing entities should be defined according to their respective work. Do not send all transaction data if the recipient only needs part of it.
Confidentiality requirements, authorization to share records, and retention conditions should be agreed upon according to the transaction. This page does not provide retention periods or absolute confidentiality commitments for all communication platforms.

To request a review, correction, or discussion regarding the use of information sent to TBS, contact us via the public email address or phone number below. State the channel used, the time, and the matter to be handled; avoid sending additional sensitive data that is not necessary.
Requests are reviewed based on the actual records and relevant responsibilities of the transaction. The content here describes the website scope and contact methods and does not replace a separate data processing agreement if the parties have entered into one.
