New Machinery

Prepare models, catalogues and technical data to review import options, crating and equipment lifting.

Details

  • Confirm the equipment name, model, purpose, capacity and new condition. Do not infer import requirements solely from general names such as production machinery or industrial machinery.
  • Catalogues and label photos must match the machinery being purchased. If the machinery includes control assemblies, spare parts or tools, prepare a separate list by set.
  • Provide post-packaging dimensions and weight, center of gravity, lifting points and orientation according to the supplier's instructions. This information affects the transportation plan.
  • Pickup and delivery points must clearly specify vehicle access conditions, lifting equipment and handover location. Installation, commissioning or user training are only within scope when separately agreed.

Preparation

  • Confirm the equipment name, model, purpose, capacity and new condition.
  • Cross-check the catalogue, label photos and list of included spare parts.
